Meet Dr. Dwight Anderson

Dr. Dwight Anderson grew up on a farm in rural North Dakota and witnessed his father’s ability to go the extra mile due to the passion he had for his work. It was always Dr. Anderson’s goal to find a career he was equally as passionate about. He achieved this goal when he found the specialty of orthodontics and experienced the fulfillment it gave him to build relationships with patients and provide them the smile and confidence they deserve.
Dr. Anderson is empathetic and understands all the emotions involved in a patient’s orthodontic journey. Although it is exciting to envision the result of a confident smile, he understands there may be some nerves along the way. He goes the extra mile to make things comfortable throughout the whole journey by educating his patients and their families and allowing them to play an active role in decision making to ensure all goals are accomplished.
Dr. Anderson has a diverse background of clinical experience. He understands that each individual is unique and deserves hand crafted care that works for them and their needs. No matter the age of the patient, Dr. Anderson is dedicated to provide them with a confident and healthy smile that will last them through each milestone of their life!

- Orthodontic residency, specialty certificate, and Master of Science: University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center
Dr. Anderson is a strong believer in education and the positive impact it has on his patients. He attends conferences across the country each year to gain continuing education from the world’s leading innovators and researchers in orthodontics. He also reviews journals and takes online seminars to stay up to date with the best techniques and technology. He has recently completed a fellowship called, “The Aligner Intensive Fellowship.”

Beyond the Practice
Dr. Anderson has two older brothers, one of which still farms with his parents on the family farm. He met his wife, Courtney, in March of 2020 and they got married in July of 2024. In his spare time, he likes to be outdoors and stay active. He has completed a half marathon and a sprint triathlon (the swimming portion was MUCH harder than he anticipated). He is an avid Minnesota sports fan (especially the Minnesota Vikings)! He stays loyal to his Minnesota sports even though they have the tendency to disappoint him. He also enjoys snowboarding and tries to get on a mountain at least a few times a year. He is trying to pick up golf as a hobby, so if you have any tips feel free to try and help him!
